OptiMeasure is an application designed to assist consumers and eyewear professionals in estimating facial topology and optical measurements (such as Pupillary Distance, Vertex Distance, etc.) for the purpose of selecting and fitting eyeglasses.

OPTIMEASURE IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE. It is not intended to be used for medical diagnosis, disease prevention, treatment, or any medical assessment of ocular health. The application has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory body for medical use.

The measurements and insights ("Eye Health", "Digital Strain") provided by OptiMeasure are generated by algorithms and should be used for informational and reference purposes only.

This App does not and cannot replace a comprehensive eye examination performed by a licensed optometrist, ophthalmologist, or other qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read or results you have obtained from this App.

While OptiMeasure uses advanced ARKit technology to estimate measurements, we do not guarantee the clinical accuracy of any result. Factors such as device positioning, lighting, and hardware variations can affect the precision of the output. Always verify critical measurements with physical tools or a licensed optician before ordering prescription lenses.

By using OptiMeasure, you acknowledge and agree that you assume full responsibility for how you use the measurements and that OptiMeasure shall not be held liable for any damages, errors in lens manufacturing, or health issues arising from the use of this App.
